This page describes the data your browser sends and the data you give us when you use the hotel guide on faralya.com.tr. The data controller is Faralya; for any question or request, write to . Our privacy notice describes how we process data in our business relationship with hotels.

When you open a page

Our website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. When you open a page, our server logs keep your IP address, browser information and the address of the page you opened. We use these logs for site security and debugging and keep them for 6 months.

Map

The map on the home page, on region pages and on hotel pages is shown with Google Maps. It is the only external resource that loads before your consent choice when a page opens: your browser sends a request to Google (maps.googleapis.com · maps.gstatic.com) to load the map, and your IP address reaches Google with this request. No cookies are set in your browser while the map loads.

Measurement and marketing consent

Unless you make a choice in the banner at the top of the page, visit measurement does not run and no advertising tools load. If you choose "Measurement only", anonymous visit measurement goes through our server to Google Analytics and to Meta; we do not pass on your IP address with this measurement. If you also allow marketing, the Google tag and the Meta pixel load and Google and Meta cookies are set in your browser. Our cookie policy lists what we send and how long the cookies last; you can change your choice there at any time.

Search

While you type in the search box, your browser prepares the suggestions; what you type does not go to our server. When you press Search, the page of the province, district or hotel you selected opens. On a member hotel's page, when you choose a month and the number of guests to see availability, this choice goes to our server and comes back to you as availability information.

Going to the hotel's website and to WhatsApp

We do not take bookings. When you go to a hotel's website, phone or email, any further data processing follows the hotel's own rules. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp only when you tap it; the conversation runs from your own WhatsApp account.

Managers who claim their hotel

When you fill in the form to claim your hotel, your name, phone number, email address and the password you choose reach our server. We do not store your password in plain form; we keep an irreversible digest of it. When you start using the form, Cloudflare Turnstile loads for bot protection. To verify your request, we send a confirmation link to your email address. Thirty days after the request, we delete your name, phone number and password digest; your email address stays in the request record.

Your rights

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, such as learning whether your data is processed or asking for correction or deletion, write to ; we answer within at most 30 days.
