Purpose of the guide

The Faralya hotel guide shows hotels in Türkiye on a map and in a list. We do not take bookings; we direct you to the hotel's own website, phone or email.

Source of information

Member hotels show prices and availability live from their own booking systems. For other hotels, the prices and details we show are what we measured from public sources on the measurement date. The final price and availability rest with the hotel; please confirm with the hotel before you book. Our Method page explains how we measure.

Bookings

You make the booking contract directly with the hotel. The hotel sets the payment, cancellation and stay conditions; these conditions and the stay itself are the hotel's responsibility.

Hotel owners

A manager who claims a hotel accepts that the descriptions and photos they add are accurate and that they have the right to publish them. We may remove content that is wrong or infringes someone else's rights.

Intellectual property

The design, texts and compilation of the guide belong to Faralya. Hotel names, brands and the photos hotels provide belong to their owners. You may not copy the content of the site in bulk or extract it with automated tools without permission.

External services

The map on our pages is shown with Google Maps (maps.googleapis.com · maps.gstatic.com); Google's rules also apply when you use the map. The content and rules of external services such as hotel websites, Google Maps and WhatsApp belong to those services.

Responsibility

We measure information with care and keep it up to date. We are not responsible for differences that arise when a hotel changes its prices or details after the measurement date.

Governing law

Turkish law applies to these terms.
