Service · System audit and monthly report
How do we audit the system, and what does the monthly report show?
When a channel connection drops or a page breaks after a release, the failure usually stays silent; bookings can be lost before anyone notices. That is why we run five audits automatically: hourly channel health, nightly reverse read, post-release site check, weekly link check, and nightly backup. Once a month we also write a single-page report. The report has five blocks; we place the source next to every figure and write 'not measured' for any item we cannot measure.
- What we do
We check your channel connections every hour, availability and price on every channel every night, your site after every release and every link on it every week, and we back up the records every night. Once a month we write a single-page report.
- What changes at the hotel
You receive the report every month in the same order and see the source next to every figure. We do not fill what we cannot measure with a guess; we write 'not measured'.
- Possible benefit
A broken connection can become visible before the month is out. Putting two months' reports side by side can make change easier to compare.

The five audits that run automatically
The five audits run on their own; you start nothing. We write what they find during the month in the system-health block of the report.
Hourly channel health
Every hour we check whether the connection to your sales channels is up. If the connection drops, we receive an alert.
Nightly reverse read
Every night we reverse-read availability and price from the channels. If a channel value differs from our record, it appears as a warning.
Post-release site check
After every release we check the site; we confirm that the release did not break the site.
Weekly link check
Every week we open every page of your site and every link on those pages, one by one. We find links that do not work and repair them.
Nightly backup
Every night we back up the records in the property management system.
The five blocks of the report
The report is a single page. The order of the blocks is the same every month; you can place two months next to each other and compare.
Direct booking share
We write from the booking record how much of the reservations came from your own booking page.
Commission saving
We write the saving calculated from direct bookings together with the figures we use in the calculator.
Visibility
We write your site's appearance in the search results and the impressions on your Google Business Profile.
Advertising
We write the spend and the result in the advertising account from the record of the advertising platform.
System health
We write what the five automatic audits found during the month.
We place the source next to every figure
We write where each figure came from next to it. Reservation numbers come from the booking record, search-result visibility from Search Console, business-profile impressions from Google Business Profile, and advertising spend from the advertising platform.
We do not write a number in the report if we cannot show its source.
- Direct booking share and commission saving: booking record
- Search visibility: Search Console
- Business profile impressions: Google Business Profile
- Advertising: advertising platform
- System health: log of the four automatic audits
We write 'not measured' for what we cannot measure
We do not leave an unmeasurable item empty, and we do not fill it with a guess; we write 'not measured'. We add a short note with the reason next to it.
This way you know that every figure written in the report has been measured.
Three tasks for the next month
At the end of the report we write the three tasks we will do next month. We pick the tasks based on that month's measurement.
In the next report we write whether each of the three tasks was done.
Frequently asked questions
- Which audits do you run automatically?
- We run five audits: channel health, which checks the channel connections every hour; reverse read, which reverse-reads availability and price from the channels every night; site check, which runs after every release; link check, which opens every page of the site and every link on it every week; and backup, which runs every night.
- Which sections does the monthly report have?
- The report is a single page with five blocks: direct booking share, commission saving, visibility, advertising, and system health. At the end of the report we write the three tasks for the next month. The order is the same every month.

- Yes. Next to every figure we write its source, such as booking record, Search Console, Google Business Profile, or advertising platform. We do not write a figure in the report if we cannot show its source.
- How is an unmeasurable item shown in the report?
- We do not leave it empty, and we do not fill it with a guess; we write 'not measured'. We add a short note with the reason next to it.
