Service · Management from tablet and phone
How do you run your hotel from a tablet and a phone?
A hotel's work does not run at a desk. The housekeeping staff member is in the corridor, the front-desk colleague is in the lobby, the owner is often somewhere else. Our property management system runs in the browser, so you also use it from a tablet or a phone; you don't install an app on your phone or tablet. Five roles are defined in the system and each role sees the screens that belong to its own work. Access from tablet and phone is included in the service.
- What we do
We run the property management system in the browser. Each of the manager, owner, director, staff and housekeeping roles sees its own screen.
- What changes at the hotel
You don't install an app; you log in to the system from a tablet or phone in the browser. You use the housekeeping screen from your phone. Access is included in the service.
- Possible benefit
Staff can be less tied to a desk. A new staff member does not have an app to install; they open the screen that belongs to their role on first login.

Without installing an app, from the browser
The system runs in the browser. You don't install anything from an app store on your tablet or phone, and you don't wait for an update. Opening the browser and logging in to the system is all you need to do.
Access from tablet and phone is included in the service. It is the same system you see on a desktop computer; you open the same record from different devices.
Five roles, each with its own screen
The system defines the roles manager, owner, director, staff and housekeeping. Each user sees the screen that belongs to their role.
Manager and director
These are the roles that run the hotel's daily work. The room plan, walk-in guest, folio, cashier, end of day, trial balance and reports are the screens of this work.
Owner
Receives a summary report at 07:00 every morning. Reads the reports from a tablet or a phone.
Housekeeping
Opens the housekeeping screen from the phone. Sees the tasks and the room statuses there.
Staff
Carries out the tasks assigned to them and their daily work from their role's own screen.
Putting a device into use
No setup is needed for a new tablet or phone.
- 1
You open the browser
You go to the system's address from the browser on the device.
- 2
You log in with your user
We define each staff member's own user and role.
- 3
You see your role's screen
Your role's work sits on the screen.
- 4
You carry out your work
The system writes what you do to the same record. When you open the same record from another device, you see the change there too.
Which work goes on which device?
The housekeeping staff member uses the housekeeping screen from the phone. The front-desk colleague can open the room plan and the walk-in guest entry from the tablet; the layout in the diagram is an example.
All devices use the same record. When you update a room's status or tasks on one device, a second record does not appear on another.
