When the guest selects dates and the number of guests, the room is held for them for 15 minutes.

When the guest selects dates and the number of guests, the room is held for them for 15 minutes. When the time runs out, the held room becomes available for sale again.

Payment at the hotel, card data not stored

Faralya does not take payment from the guest; payment is made to the hotel. Card details are not stored by Faralya.

One calendar and channel sync

A sold room is removed from availability in a single calendar. A change in availability is passed on to the connected sales channels in turn.

Three languages

We publish the website and booking screen in three languages, including English and German.
