What are the features of the booking engine?
A sold room is removed from availability in a single calendar.
Hold period
When the guest selects dates and the number of guests, the room is held for them for 15 minutes. When the time runs out, the held room becomes available for sale again.
One calendar and channel sync
A sold room is removed from availability in a single calendar. A change in availability is passed on to the connected sales channels in turn.
Nightly comparison and alert
Every night the calendar is compared with the availability on the connected channels. If the comparison cannot run, the system records an alert.
Same booking not recorded twice
The same booking arriving from a channel is not recorded twice.
Reminder text and waiting list
We prepare a reminder text for a guest who selected dates but did not complete the booking. We keep a waiting list for fully booked dates.
Meeting room requests
Meeting room requests are taken for rooms whose capacity has been entered.
