Service · Google Business Profile
How do we set up and keep your Google Business Profile current?
When a guest searches for your hotel on Google or on the map, the first thing they see is your business profile: your name, address, phone, photos, rating, and the link to your site. We open the profile or edit the one you already have. We keep the details consistent with your website and official records, choose photos with you and check the profile regularly. We point Google's free booking link to your own booking page.
- What we do
We open the profile or edit the one you already have. We fill in the name, address, category, phone, opening hours, and the photos together with you.
- What changes at the hotel
The information on the profile matches the information on your site and on your signage. The guest who comes from the profile and the free booking link reaches your own booking page.
- Possible benefit
The information the guest sees on Google matches what they find at the hotel. The guest who comes from your profile to your site can book without a channel commission.

How do we set up the profile?
We follow six steps in setup; the last step continues after setup too.
- 1
Account
We open the profile. If a profile already exists, we do not open a new one; we edit the existing one.
- 2
Verification
Google wants to verify that the profile really belongs to the hotel. We complete this step with you.
- 3
Fields
We enter the name, category, address, phone, website and opening hours exactly as they appear on your signage, website and official records.
- 4
Photos
We choose photos from the real photos of your hotel with you and add them to the profile.
- 5
Links
We point the site link on the profile to your site, and the free booking link to your own booking page.
- 6
Scheduled check
We check the information on the profile regularly; we fix a changed field, for example a phone number or an opening hour, with you.
What is the free booking link?
Google shows price and booking links next to the hotel name in hotel searches. Some of these are free: Google does not charge a fee for the click that comes through the free booking link.
For the link to appear, the hotel's price and availability need to reach Google via a partner. We set up this flow through our contracted connectivity infrastructure, and we point the link to your own booking page. Google's own rules decide when and where the link appears.
What do we keep consistent on the profile?
Name and address
The same spelling as on your site, on your signage, and in your official records.
Phone
The same number as on your site and in your booking confirmation.
Opening hours
The hours the reception is open; when they change, we update the profile too.
Site link
Goes to the main address of your site; does not take the guest to a sales channel.
Photos
The real photos of your hotel; we do not use images that show the hotel in a different way than it is.
Category
The category that describes your business; it affects in which searches the profile appears.
Reviews and the guest survey
Reviews and your rating on Google appear on your profile. The guest survey in the Growth Package directs the guest who is satisfied to leave a review on Google; the answer from a guest who is not satisfied comes only to you and is not shared outside.
Our review management service today covers Booking.com reviews and Airbnb reviews when connected; it does not write replies to Google reviews.
The place of the profile in AI search: one figure
- 79.1%
The share of the links given to hotel queries in Google's AI mode that go to the Google Business Profile.
Nicolas Sitter, Google AI Mode hotel study · February 2026 (4,000 queries, 8 cities)
The study was carried out in cities in the USA and Europe; it was not measured for Turkey.
What is the boundary, and how do we measure?
Google decides in which order the profile appears in search; we do not make any promise for ranking. In some fields, Google may also reflect a change suggested by users onto the profile; this is why the regular check continues.
We read profile impressions from the Google Business Profile's own record and write them with their source to the visibility block of the monthly report. We write an item that cannot be measured as "not measured".

Frequently asked questions
- How do you fill in the profile fields?
- We fill in the name, category, address, phone, site, and opening hours together with you. We enter every field exactly as it appears on your signage, website and official records; we choose the photos with you too and add them to the profile.
- What happens if I already have a profile?
- We do not open a new profile; we edit the one you already have. Two profiles for the same hotel cause confusion in search.
- Do I pay Google for the free booking link?
- No. Google does not charge a fee for the click that comes through the free booking link. Google's own rules decide when and where the link appears.
- How often do we check the profile?
- We check the information on the profile regularly. If we find a changed field, for example an opening hour or a phone number, we fix the profile together with you.
