Service · Site and direct reservation
How do we run your hotel's own site and direct reservation?
When a guest searches for your hotel, the first place they find is often a sales channel; if the booking ends there, a channel commission is due. We set up a Turkish, English and German site on your hotel's own domain and connect the direct booking engine to it. The guest picks the room on your site and completes the reservation there; price and availability come from the same calendar that feeds your sales channels.
- What we do
We set up your site in three languages, keep it live and check it after every release. We connect the booking engine to the site, and we route Google's free booking link to the same page.
- What changes at the hotel
The guest completes the reservation on your own site. You manage room, price and closed dates from one calendar; you do not enter a separate price for the site.
- Possible benefit
A share of your reservations can move from sales channels to your own site; no channel commission is due on those reservations.

How do we set up the site?
We build the site on a layout that scrolls like a film. On the first screen the reservation strip sits over the image, and the reservation button in the header shows in every section. Rooms, location, frequently asked questions and surroundings live on their own pages; we do not put an empty section on the page.
We pick the photos from the hotel's real photographs; we do not use an image that makes the hotel look different from what it is. We write the text and the contact details together with you, and we get your sign-off before we go live. The guest picks Turkish, English or German from the header.
How does the guest complete a reservation?
No matter how the guest arrives at your site, the reservation goes through the same five steps.
- 1
The guest arrives at your site
The guest arrives from a Google search, a map, a link on social media, or by typing the address.
- 2
Picks dates and rooms
The booking engine reads availability and price from one calendar; rooms that are not on sale do not show.
- 3
We hold the room
While the guest enters their details, we hold the room for 15 minutes. If the time runs out, we put the room back on sale.
- 4
The hotel receives the payment
The payment goes to the hotel; we do not store the card details.
- 5
The reservation drops into the calendar
The sold room drops out of the calendar, closes on the other channels and shows in your property management system.
What do we prepare for search engines and AI assistants?
We add structured data to the pages that describes your hotel, your rooms and the frequent questions. We publish the sitemap, the cross-language signals between the three language versions, and a summary file that AI assistants can read; we separately notify search engines of new or changed pages.
We connect your site to Search Console. We point the site link in your Google Business Profile and Google's free booking link to the same site.
Infrastructure and checks
Your own domain
We publish the site on your hotel's domain, under your hotel's name.
Encrypted connection
We publish the site on our infrastructure partner's worldwide network with an encrypted connection and cache.
Same flow on the phone
The site and reservation screen run on the phone in the same flow.
Three languages
The Turkish, English and German versions stay live at the same time.
Check after release
After each release we check the site and confirm the release did not break a page.
Weekly link check
Each week we open every page on the site and every link on the page; we fix what does not work.
Possible commission difference
When the guest completes the booking on your own site, no sales channel commission is due. Enter your own numbers; the calculator shows your annual commission amount and the difference if the share you set moves to your own site. This is not a promise; it is arithmetic with your own numbers.
The default commission rate is the average Booking.com reported in 2017; your rate is the rate in your channel contract. The share that moves is your assumption, not a measured outcome.

What is the limit, how do we measure?
The search engine decides where the site ranks; we do not promise a position or a number of reservations. Some guests still go to a sales channel to compare prices.
We read from the reservation record which reservation came from your own site. If a campaign tag is in the link, the booking engine saves the tag and the reservation shows which link it came from. We write “not measured” in the monthly report for items we cannot measure.
